TRIPOD: A tripod is a portable device for supporting, stabilising, and elevating a camera, a flash unit, or other videographic or observational/measuring equipment in photography. All tripods for photography include three legs and a mounting head for attaching to a camera. A thumbscrew that mates to a female-threaded receptacle on the camera, as well as a mechanism to spin and tilt the camera while it is mounted on the tripod, are commonly included in the mounting head. Tripod legs are frequently designed to telescope when not in use to save space. Aluminum, carbon fibre, steel, wood, and plastic are common materials for tripods. CLICK HERE TO BUY
